Kim, Dental Hygienist Hello, my name is Kim and I am a Dental Hygienist for MY Dentists. I have been in the field of dentistry since 1997 and with MY Dentists since 1998. One of my favorite things about Drs. Michalski, Yeager, and Pinnavaia is their knowledge, complements, and encouragement, to our patients and myself. One of my favorite things about dentistry is when patients are pleased with their results and the health of their teeth is improved. My favorite thing about my job is the people I work with. We have a great team here. I am a native of Statesville, NC, and have lived in Charlotte since 1998. I have a wonderful husband, Samir, and 2 great children – Justin, 16, and Abi, 12. When I am not working I enjoy gardening, books, history, going to the beach, and cooking/baking. |

Jeanette, Dental Hygienist I have been a dental hygienist since 1971 and worked for Drs. Michalski, Yeager, and Pinnavaia since 1991. I enjoy working with patients, especially those that have not been to the dentists in years. Helping them overcome their fears and anxieties is especially rewarding. I love the fact that the focus of our office is about superior patient care and that we take pride in keeping up with the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment. I was raised in Middletown, NJ, and went to dental hygiene school in upstate NY. I moved to the Charlotte area almost 30 years ago. Charlotte has been a great place to raise my three children. The beautiful weather here provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities. I like to spend my spare time working around my house, in the yard or spending warm sunny days on the lake. |

Donna, Dental Hygienist Hello, I am Donna, one of the dental hygienist here at MY Dentists. I have been in the field of dentistry since 1983 and with this practice since 1990. One of my favorite things about our doctors is that not only are they wonderful to work for but they are exceptional doctors who care about their patients and employees. One of my favorite things about dentistry is that I love working with people and helping them get healthy; that is the best part of my job! I am a native of Wilmington, NC, and have lived in Charlotte since 1990 with my husband, Jeff, and 2 daughters, Kayla, 18, and Kolby, 13. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary this year. Some of my hobbies are cooking, gardening, reading, tennis, working-out, the beach, and music. Also, I'm a BIG Carolina Panthers fan! |

Vicky, Dental Hygienist I have practiced in the field of dentistry as a registered dental hygienist since 1982, after graduating with a bachelor of science degree in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1982. I have lived in Charlotte since 1993 from Gaithersburg, MD. I have been with MY Dentists since February 2002. I was raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C., in Rockville, MD. My husband, Steve, and I have been married for almost 23 years now and have three lovely children, Natalie, Jim, and Kelly, ages 21, 19, and 17 respectively. We enjoy hiking in the mountains with our dog, Bailey. We have a great team of people. I feel all of our doctors are very caring and patient oriented. They present the best treatment options available when treatment is needed. They also provide state-of-the-art equipment, including digital radiographs and paperless charts, to better serve our patients. |

Deena, Financial Coordinator Hello, my name is Deena, and I am the insurance and financial coordinator for MY Dentists. My duties include filing insurance claims, making financial arrangements for patient treatment, and filling in as a dental assistant when necessary. I graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2002 from the community college of southern Nevada. I have been in the field of dentistry for 8 years. My favorite thing about the practice of dentistry is a "smile makeover" and seeing how life changing the result is for the patient. Although, I am a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, I have lived in Charlotte for the past 4 years and I love it here. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my kids, going to church, listening to live music, and hanging out with friends. |

Carol, Hygiene Coordinator Hi, my name is Carol, and I am the hygiene coordinator for the practice. My duties include scheduling appointments and contacting patients to help keep them on track with their regular periodic cleanings in order to maintain good oral hygiene. I have enjoyed working together with the entire dedicated team since 2007 and am fortunate to be a part of this caring and cheerful environment. I am a native New Yorker but have called Charlotte home for the past 20 years together with my husband and two college-aged children. |

Sandra, Patient Coordinator Hi, my name is Sandi, and I am the patient coordinator for MY Dentists. I have been a part of this practice since Fall 2008. Having been in dentistry since 1997, I have always appreciated the opportunity to help improve lives, through one confident smile at a time! Drs. Michalski, Yeager, and Pinnavaia share an enthusiasm for their patients, making working with them very gratifying! I'm a self-proclaimed Air Force brat but call Orlando, Florida, my home. My husband and I have an adorable little girl who is the light of our lives. In my free time, I enjoy camping, spending time with family and friends, and looking for new adventures for our family to experience through my daughter's eyes. |

Mary, Office Manger Hello, my name is Mary, and I am the Office Manager for MY Dentists. I've been an official part of this practice since the summer of 2008 but have been working closely with them since 2001. I have always admired this practice for their love of patients, sheer happiness and dedication to the field of dentistry. My career in healthcare started in 1994 with no surprise to my mom, a nurse of more than 30 years. I am a native of Gainesville, Florida. I grew up in an old Victorian home built in 1883, which my parents are still restoring to this day. After graduation from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville with my degree in Health Care Administration I was ready for a change of scenery. I moved to Charlotte in July of 2000 and quickly found this to be my new home. With a love of arts, flowers, live music, and the outdoors, it was hard not to. With a personal passion for helping people, I have found Drs. Michalski, Yeager, and Pinnavaia to far exceed my expectations, not only as physicians but also as employers, colleagues, family, and friends. They have inspired me to continue my love of dentistry by attending dental assisting school this past spring. It is my honor to work as a part of this dedicated team and help all of our patients achieve their dental goals. No matter how small or large an issue might be, there is nothing more exciting to see than smiling faces coming and going from our doors. |

Jodi, Dental Assistant Hello my name is Jodi, and I am one of the Dental Assistants here at MY Dentists. I have been in the field of dentistry for 16 years and have been a part of this practice for the past 5 years. One of my favorite things about our doctors is that they are very nice and they create a comfortable atmosphere to be in while having fun all at the same time. One of my favorite things about dentistry is I am able to meet and talk to so many wonderful people each day. One of my favorite things about my job is the patients and helping them to look and feel their best. I am a native of Charlotte, NC. Some of my hobbies are gardening, hanging by the pool, riding my motorcycle, and listening to music. I bet you didn't know that I am an avid animal lover! |

Tam, Dental Assistant Hello, my name is Tam, and I am a dental assistant for MY Dentists. I have been with the practice since 2001. I have been in the field of dentistry for 18 years. My favorite dental procedure is CEREC onlays and crowns. I am originally from Dallas, Texas, and have lived in Charlotte for 8 years with my husband and 2 children. When I am not working I enjoy going to church, scrapbooking, sailing on the lake, and spending time with my family. |

Carol, Dental Assistant My name is Carol and I am a certified Dental Assistant, II. I started in dentistry in 1979 and have been with MY Dentists since 1989. Dr. Michalski is a character; he has a great sense of humor. He finds that perfect balance of funny while being a very serious dentist. Dr. Yeager is a very sweet, kind person as well as a wonderful dentists and I enjoy working with him very much. Dr. Pinnavaia joined our practice in 2007 and has been a great addition to our team. He is such a caring person, has a great since of humor and is an exceptional dentist. I've have enjoyed working with this practice so much that I have called it home for the past 20 years. One of my favorite things about working in dentistry is seeing the results from pleased and happy patients. The doctors have been very good to me and I love my Job! We truly take our statement of "Our family, caring for yours" to heart. We are one big happy family that continues to grow each day with every new patient that walks through our doors. I am a native of Jacksonville, FL, and moved to Charlotte with my parents when I was six, so basically I like to consider myself a Charlotte native. I have been married 23 years to my husband, Rob; we have 2 daughters, Monica, 20, and Mallory, 17. My hobby is gardening; I love to plant and watch the beauty grow. My family enjoys the beach, fishing, and traveling. |

Brandi, Dental Assistant Hello my name is Brandi Nichole, and I am one of the Dental Assistants here at MY Dentists. I have been in the field of dentistry since 2000 and started with MY Dentists in 2007. One of my favorite things about our doctors is how their loveable personalities can bring comfort to even the most apprehensive patients. One of my favorite things about dentistry is getting to meet new people and helping make them feel more confident about their smile. I look forward to coming to the office each day for not only do I work with such an amazing staff; I also take pride in knowing that we provide exceptional dental care to all our patients. I am a native of Indian Trail, NC, so have been in the Charlotte area my whole life. I am blessed to have family so close. My older sister, Erica, her husband, GW, precious niece, Presley (who has me wrapped around her little finger), younger brother, Jason, and father, Don (my best friend!), are all still in the surrounding areas. Some of my hobbies are softball, water sports, camping, riding dirt bikes and four wheelers, and spending time with family and friends. Some fun facts are that my coworkers attempt to limit my coffee and Red Bull intake. Friends and family tell me I would have made a successful auctioneer and last but certainly not least, I love monkeys! |
